Cardboard Cove

Cardboard Cove takes over the Great Wolf Lodge on Saturday and Sunday, August 8th and 9th, running 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM Saturday and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Sunday. The show brings in 150+ vendor tables covering Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Riftbound, Disney Lorcana, and Union Arena. A free trade night hosted by Top Chase Gaming runs Saturday from 7 to 11 PM in the Fallen Timbers ballroom.

The convention runs a season-long Gold vs. Silver team competition, with points earned through activities and challenges across the weekend and a live finale to decide the winner. The Sleepy Dragon Stage hosts livestreams, trading card game shows, a cosplay competition hosted by Collecting Cait, and the Cardboard Cove Pack Battle, where attendees rip over $5,000 worth of booster packs for free. Live music closes out each night, with Lektrozilla featuring Corey Goodzilla on Saturday and Green Dazed on Sunday.

A venue-wide scavenger hunt challenges attendees to find hidden Dragon Balls and Pokémon before locating a single hidden One Piece card worth $500 in vendor credit. Guest appearances include voice actors Linda Young (Frieza), Vic Mignogna (Broly, Edward Elric), John Burgmeier (Tien), and Randy Pearlman (Emporio), with autograph sessions, photo ops, and panels throughout the weekend.
