Austin Trading Card Con

Austin Trading Card Con takes over the Fairmont Austin for a three-day, Pokémon-focused convention on Friday, July 10th, Saturday, July 11th, and Sunday, July 12th. Hours run 5 PM to 10 PM on Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM on Saturday, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sunday. With 250+ vendors and 20+ panels, the weekend is built out well beyond a standard buy-and-sell floor.

The guest lineup is deep. Content creators include Coop and Beard Dad, PokeBeard, PokeJena, PokeHaven Collects, PokeKatt, NoRelaxShop, The Dew Boys, and Hyper Hero Cards. On the voice acting side, the show brings in Bryan Massey (Dragon Ball Z, One Piece), Mick Lauer (Demon Slayer, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure), and Lee Quick (Officer Jenny in Pokémon). Add 10+ Pokémon character appearances across the weekend, plus a Pokémon TCG tournament and a video game tournament, and there's programming running throughout. For collectors who want to keep going after the main floor closes, the Saturday Night Trade Party runs 7 PM to midnight.

Four badge tiers cover different levels of access. The $25 Day Badge is single-day entry, while the $40 Weekend Badge covers all three days. Stepping up, the $100 Gym Badge adds early access to Pikachu Hall, a priority line in the Exhibit Hall, and a free t-shirt. At the top, the $200 League Badge is the full VIP tier, bundling every Gym Badge perk with a swag bag, meal and drink vouchers (2 per day), and first access to photo ops. Kids 7 and under get in free with a paid adult.
